Administrative Review and Training Grants

Administrative Review and Training Grants

The stated purpose of ART grant funding is to decrease administrative errors in those LEAs and schools identified by state agencies as having operations errors or where errors are likely to arise. ART Grant opportunities are posted annually in April and are due for submission in July.  For 2016, the total budget was $3.8 million with grant amounts available as follows: ART Planning Grants for awards up to $75,000, with grant periods of up to one year; and ART Implementation Grants for awards up to $1,500,000, with grant periods of one to three years.

“An informed understanding of current industry capabilities and practices results in both better Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and better contracts.” (NASPO) All grants require thoughtful planning and collaboration.
